SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY - CLEEVER PETS

At Cleever Pets, we carefully curate our products and work with international manufacturing and logistics partners to provide high-quality pet accessories at competitive prices.

1. PROCESSING & SHIPPING TIMES
- Order Processing: Once your payment is verified, your order is processed and prepared for dispatch within 1 to 3 business days.
- Estimated Delivery Time: Standard shipping typically takes 7 to 15 business days from the dispatch date, depending on the destination country, customs processing, and local postal service efficiency.
- Please note that during peak promotional periods, holidays, or adverse weather conditions, shipping times may experience minor delays beyond our control.

2. ORDER TRACKING
As soon as your package is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number. You can use this code to track your shipment in real time via our tracking page or local postal services.

3. MULTIPLE SHIPMENTS
Due to logistics management across different fulfillment centers, items ordered in a single purchase may sometimes be shipped in separate packages and delivered on different dates. No extra shipping fees will be charged in such cases.

4. DELIVERY ADDRESS & INCIDENTS
It is the customer's responsibility to provide an accurate and complete shipping address. Cleever Pets is not responsible for failed deliveries or packages returned to origin due to incorrect or incomplete addresses, or failure to collect the package from the designated courier pickup point.
